Part 01

Professional Summary

Fifteen years building and running technology businesses, from a partnership in Goa to chief executive roles in Pune. The through-line has been taking something from an idea to a shipped product with customers on it — six two-sided platforms across EdTech, sales enablement, real estate, agri-tech and retail, each one owned end to end from requirements through launch.

The work has always been cross-border. At TechReED I built and ran business development teams operating simultaneously in Ghana, Japan, Germany and India; at Sarpra Technologies I secured and delivered high-ticket software engagements for clients across the UK, Germany, Japan and Ghana. Managing delivery across five countries and as many time zones teaches you quickly that process and clear written communication are not bureaucracy — they are the only things holding the work together.

As CEO of Accuresofttech I scaled a team from near-zero past twenty people and reported delivery, workforce and pipeline metrics directly to a board. That is also where the academic side stopped being separate from the working side: my MBA thesis on IT-enabled remote work ran its primary survey inside the company, which meant the research and the operating decisions informed each other in real time.

The technical grounding is deliberate rather than incidental. A degree in Information Technology, a postgraduate certification in data science and machine learning, and a masters in AI and ML currently underway — enough fluency to sit in a room with engineers and hold a real conversation about what is being built, without pretending to be the one building it. The combination I actually trade on is that translation layer: turning what a business needs into something an engineering team can act on.

Part 04

Social Contribution

Four organisations, the longest running for over a decade. Volunteer work has a way of teaching things that paid work does not.

RJKS

2022 — 2025

Rashtriya Janta Kaal Sanyukt

Goa Pradesh Pramukh

Selected to lead state operations for a pan-India organisation formed from over 200 consolidated socio-economic bodies. The role was coordination at scale: aligning independent member organisations, each with its own leadership and priorities, behind shared state-level programmes.

JCI Sankhali

2010 — Present

Junior Chamber International

Past President · Guidance Team

Fifteen years through successive elected positions — Secretary, Vice President, then President, and now on the guidance team. Steered zone-level events including Midcon Ashwamedh and JJ Con Aarambh, the larger of which drew over 500 attendees. This is where I learned to run an organisation whose entire workforce is volunteers, which is a different discipline from managing paid staff.

Rotary Club of Sankhali

2023 — 2025

Affiliated with Rotary International

Sergeant at Arms

Charter member of the Rotary Club of Sankhali, part of an international service organisation working across five continents. Being a charter member meant building the club from formation rather than joining an established one.

FOUG India

2013 — Present

Firefox OS User Group, India

Founder Chairman

Founded and grew a regional open-technology community, building high-engagement volunteer participation around open platforms. Partnered with Persistent Systems Limited to run technical symposiums including an HTML5 Developer Conference featuring international speakers. The longest-running thing on this page, and the one that most directly shaped how I think about open technology.

The rest of the platform

Five more bodies of work, kept deliberately separate from each other.
